The Client agrees to complete the questionnaire, answer questions in an interview or provide as much information & materials as possible by any other method provided in this site, in order to create a great resume.
FEES:
Fees are payable upfront to Jiffy Resumes once the client decides to go with our services. An estimate of 100% is due up front. Any additional fees must be paid before any work is released in draft form. The Client has one year to use our services for addition of any further details.
Resume fees include the review of the completed exercises/questionnaire, a 15-20 minute phone or chat/email interview, discussion of strategy, and a set of changes (if necessary), before the final version is printed. In other words, you preview the first draft, and approve or make minor changes to the next version.
The content and suggested format of the resume is discussed upfront. Any additional re-working or re-formatting once the approved draft is delivered will have to be charged additional fees, depending on the complexity. Re-work is not fun!
The Client agrees to return the initial draft with approval/changes within 2 weeks of receiving the draft. If the initial draft is not approved or changed, it is assumed that draft was acceptable and final prints will be created and sent to the Client.
Jiffy Resumes is not responsible for information obtained from the Client that is inaccurate or incorrect. Please be accurate with your titles, job descriptions, dates, education and activities.
Jiffy Resumes’ liability is limited to the completion of work. Jiffy Resumes assumes no liability after the resume has been proofread and the consent has been given to prepare the final draft; unless it is a fault of Jiffy Resumes. It is agreed that in the event of any legal action, the laws of the State of California will apply.
PUBLISHING:
By using our services, you agree to have any work created used in any publications, books, websites or lectures created by Jiffy Resumes. Your name, address, phone and E-mail numbers will be changed.
COMPLETION TIME:
Normal turnaround time is 48-72 business hours from receipt of the questionnaire and completion of interview. Rush charges will apply if required time is faster. We will help however possible!
APPLICABLE LAWS:
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of California in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
